Refund & Exchange Policy

REFUND

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item(s).

* Refunds made after 3 days upon reception will NOT be eligible for a refund

* Sale items are strictly non-refundable


Requesting for a refund:

Do contact us at thefiamia@gmail.com and wait for our reply with instructions on how and where to send your package.

You are required to pack the items back in its original packaging as failure to do so may result in your refund being rejected.
Once we've received your package, we’ll inspect your items first before notifying you if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded through your original payment method within 5-7 days.

EXCHANGE

All items are NOT eligible for an exchange.

Cancellation Policy

ALL orders made CANNOT be cancelled.

Please review your shopping cart before submitting an order.

Shipping Related

ALL orders will be mailed out every FRIDAY.

If you require your item(s) to be delivered by a certain date, do let us know and we will try our best to expedite the mailing process.

Shipping Fees

Pick-up (FREE)

• Location: Our place nearby Tampines MRT (further details will be sent through whatsapp once payment has been made)

Singpost Normal Mail ($1.50)

• Mailed to letterbox

• NO tracking number provided

• Receive within 1-2 weeks

*We are NOT liable for any lost or damaged packages

Private Courier ($8)

• Doorstep delivery

• Tracking number provided OR notified on attempt to deliver

• Receive within 2-3 working days

Order Procedure

Orders will be processed within the next 3 working days.

An order confirmation email will be sent to you once we have mailed out your items.

Orders made with the same mailing address will be shipped together.

Overseas Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Singapore.

However, you may contact us at thefiamia@gmail.com if you are keen in purchasing our books to ship overseas.

1. Will you re-stock sold out items?

As we strive to bring in books of various titles for our customers, we would usually bring in limited quantities for each book. However, you may contact us via email or Instagram to enquire and we would gladly assist you.

2. Do you do special requests like gift wrapping services?

Yes, we do! You may leave your requests in the note section upon checkout and we will get in touch with you.

3. I am looking for a particular book but it's not available in your store?

You may contact us directly to enquire and we will check on our end with our suppliers if they may have the book.
